Refund and Exchange Policy
Music Of Loom practices a simple and hassle-free Return Policy. You can raise a Return Request on the website through “My Orders” in “My Account” tab. Or you can write to us at info@musicofloom.com and we will try to resolve the issue. Return is done only in case of a manufacturing defect, which is brought to light immediately on delivery along with a photograph. The product will need to be returned in the same condition, and your refund will be processed within 10 working days through the same source used during payment.
No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the Return Request is not filled within 48 hours of receiving the product.
